Have your stroke video taped and watch it anytime.

If you are interested in improving your stroke technique, it helps to be able to see what you need to improve. This is a great opportunity to see what you look like in the water and get immediate feedback.

Each session is 30 minutes long. 20 minutes of in water video taping, you decide what you want to work on. You will be video taped and receive immediate feedback. Following the in water session we will take 10 minutes to review the tape so that you can see what you are doing correctly and what needs some extra attention. You will also receive a DVD copy of the session and we will talk about drills you can do to help correct your stroke.

Cost is $40 for each 30 minute session of video taping and stroke analysis, which includes DVD. Or schedule a 30 minute swimming lesson, no video taping, for $30.
