• ETHS Tough against Tough Competition Several season best times topple as the Kits compete against #1 and #2 in the State. #1 New Trier proved too tough for the team but Naperville North had to win the last relay in order to edge the Kits
• ETHS beats Niles West Good meet many seasonal best times. Ryan Knohl broke frosh school record in the 50 Fly with a 25.04. Longest standing frosh record beating Andy Aliapoulios from 1980.
• Kits 2nd at Tri Meet In a dual meet format the outcome most definitely would have been different but even in the tri-meet the Kits forced a showdown in the last event for the 5th ranked Loyola team to win.
• CSL North No Challenge For Kits The Wildkits won every event including all 3 relays on route to an emphatic win over the visiting Spartans from the CSL North Division.
• Controversial Win at Bronco Relays Despite official errors and several faulty scoring errors the Wldkits crown themselves champions at the Bronco Relays.
